McCall is a resort town approximately 100 miles north of Boise, Idaho. This little town was originally a logging community whose last sawmill closed in 1977 and is now an all-season tourist destination for outdoor recreation. McCall is Boise’s playground!
McCall sits nestled on the shores of Payette Lake and is surrounded by beautiful mountains. The area boasts 3 ski resorts; Brundage Mountain, Tamarack Resort and the Little Ski Hill. There are miles of trails for cross-country skiing, hiking and snowmobiling. Rent a boat or jet ski at Mile High Marina and make a day of it!
